Data deletion instructions
Effective date: October 24, 2026
This page explains how to remove data that Envoy, Interface Multimedia's client portal, holds about a connected social account, and how to request deletion of your own Envoy account data.
1. Disconnecting a connected LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube account
Some firms connect a LinkedIn page, Instagram account, or YouTube channel to their Envoy portal so an authorized person can publish approved content and see the account's results. An authorized person at the firm can disconnect that account at any time, from inside Envoy, under Settings in the portal.
Disconnecting an account deletes the stored access credential for it immediately. Envoy no longer has access to the account from that point on. Posts already published to the platform are not removed by disconnecting; those are managed on the platform itself.
2. Requesting deletion of your Envoy account data
If you want us to delete the data tied to your own Envoy sign-in, such as your email address and your activity log, email [email protected] and ask us to delete your Envoy account data. Tell us the email address your account uses, so we can find the right record.
We will confirm your identity before acting on the request, and we will respond within 30 days.
If your request concerns a firm's customer or website visitor data, such as an inquiry you submitted through a firm's website or a registration you completed, contact that firm directly. The firm is the controller for that information, and Interface handles it on the firm's behalf.
