Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Interface Multimedia, Inc. ("Interface," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of Envoy, which includes the marketing pages at envoyai.co and the client portals at each firm's own address, such as yourfirm.envoyai.co (together, "Envoy"). Please read them.

1. Who may use Envoy

Envoy is available to clients of Interface Multimedia under their service agreement with us, and to the people a client firm authorizes to use its portal. It is not open for public sign-up. If you are using Envoy, we assume the firm you work with, or Interface, has given you access for that purpose.

2. Acceptable use

When you use Envoy, you agree not to:

• break any law or any third party's rights;
• try to reach accounts, sites, or data you are not authorized to reach, including another firm's portal;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt Envoy or its security features;
• upload or spread viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
• use Envoy to harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead anyone.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who does any of these things.

3. The firm's responsibility

The firm is responsible for the content it approves for publication through Envoy, and for the accuracy and rights clearance of anything it asks the assistant to draft. If the firm connects a LinkedIn page, Instagram account, or YouTube channel to Envoy, the firm is responsible for having the authority to connect that account and for the content it approves for posting to it. The firm can disconnect any connected account inside Envoy at any time.

The firm is also responsible for managing who at its organization has contributor or approver access, and for what its approvers choose to publish.

4. Intellectual property

The firm owns the content on its own website and the material it supplies to Envoy, such as its brand assets and the text and images it approves for publication. Interface owns Envoy itself: its software, design, the knowledge base we build and maintain for each firm, and everything else that makes up the platform. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Envoy to a firm, and nothing transfers ownership of a firm's own content to Interface.

5. Third-party platform terms

When Envoy publishes content to a connected LinkedIn page, Instagram account, or YouTube channel, that platform's own terms of service and developer policies apply to the published content and to the account itself. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions about content it hosts.

6. Availability and support

We provide Envoy, and support for it, as set out in the firm's service agreement with Interface. We may update, change, or take down parts of Envoy for maintenance or improvement. We do not promise that Envoy will be available without interruption.

7. Limiting our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Interface Multimedia, Inc. and the people who work for it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, that arise out of or relate to the use of Envoy, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where a limit of this kind is not permitted, our total liability for any claim connected to Envoy will not exceed the amount paid to us under the firm's service agreement for the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected to them, are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to its choice-of-law rules.

9. Other important terms

These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Envoy, and they sit alongside, not in place of, the firm's own service agreement with Interface. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Envoy after a change means you accept the updated version.
